Zee Home Care Services (ZEE) is a Connecticut-licensed Homemaker-Companion Agency (HCA) providing non-medical in-home support to adults and seniors. Services are limited to non-medical tasks consistent with CGS Title 20, Chapter 400o and DCP guidance.

  • Mission: Deliver safe, dignified, reliable in-home assistance that promotes independence and quality of life.
  • Geography: Services are offered throughout Connecticut. One agency registration covers all service locations.
  • Included services: companion care (conversation, activities, escorts), homemaker tasks (light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, grocery shopping, organization), and assistance with non-medical personal routines (reminders, standby support, mobility encouragement not constituting nursing or therapy).
  • Excluded services: Any medical or nursing services; medication administration (including injections); clinical assessments; wound care; directing physical therapy; creating medical diets; any activity restricted to licensed health professionals.
  • Representation: ZEE will not advertise or imply provision of medical, nursing, or licensed healthcare services.
